Shipping policy

We’re excited to deliver your Poppy products with care, creativity, and as quickly as possible!

Order Processing Time

  • All orders non-customized or non-personalized  processed within 7-9 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom or personalized items may take 10-12 business days to print and dispatch (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • The working business days are Monday to Friday excluding holidays and weekends. 
  • No orders can be cancelled once it enters the processing timeline

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, orders typically takes:

  • Metro cities (India): 2–5 working days
  • Tier 2 & 3 cities, towns: 4–8 working days
  • Remote areas / NE states / J&K: 6–10 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays like weather, courier issues, or festivals.

Shipping Coverage

We ship across India, via trusted logistics partners. Currently, we do not ship internationally.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping is ₹99 for any location within India.
  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a set value of Rs. 1500.
  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Issues

  • If an order is lost in transit, we will re-ship or refund at no extra cost.
  • In case of failed delivery (due to incorrect address, phone not reachable, etc.), the product may be returned to origin (RTO). You can request re-shipping within 100 days, but additional charges may apply.

🧾 Invoices & Packaging

  • Your package will include a printed invoice in compliance with GST guidelines.
  • We use eco-friendly and tamper-proof packaging wherever possible.
